No. We operate on a strict zero-traffic inspection basis. We do not monitor, inspect, log, or record HTTP requests, DNS queries, or user traffic passing through your virtual or dedicated servers.

How are cryptocurrency payments handled from a privacy standpoint?

Cryptocurrency transactions (Bitcoin, Monero, USDT) are processed without recording personal identifiable information. We do not store wallet public keys or link on-chain transactions to real-world identities.

Can I request complete deletion of my account and data?

Yes. Under European GDPR regulations, you have the absolute Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten). You can submit a deletion request through your client area or by emailing support, and all associated account data will be permanently wiped.

IgnoreHost adheres to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Article 5(1)(c)) principle of "Data Minimization." We strictly limit data collection to the absolute minimum necessary to deliver your services:

Account Details: A valid email address used to deliver root server credentials, invoice notices, and critical downtime alerts.
Billing Records: Transaction identifiers and payment confirmation hashes to confirm invoice settlement.
Support Inquiries: Technical tickets submitted through our client portal to resolve customer questions.

2 No KYC (Know Your Customer) Requirement

We do not require passports, government IDs, driver's licenses, utility bills, or selfie verifications to open an account or deploy hardware.

Clients desiring maximum confidentiality are encouraged to register using privacy-respecting email services (e.g., ProtonMail, Tuta) and complete transactions with non-custodial cryptocurrencies.

3 Zero Traffic Inspection & Server Logs Policy

As an unmanaged and managed infrastructure provider:

We do not perform Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) or monitor data transmitted across our networks.
We do not maintain logs of DNS queries resolved by our recursive resolvers.
Temporary server connection logs created for DDoS mitigation are kept in RAM and automatically overwritten every 24 hours.
Customers hold sole administrative root/sudo keys to their dedicated servers and virtual instances.
