1 Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, deploying, or utilizing any services provided by IgnoreHost ("we", "us", "our"), including shared hosting, KVM virtual private servers (VPS), bare-metal dedicated servers, and domain services, you ("Customer", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2 Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

IgnoreHost is firmly dedicated to defending digital free expression. We allow content that traditional US hosts often censor, including controversial journalism, adult content, whistleblowing portals, and political commentary.

However, to protect our IP reputation and network integrity, the following activities are strictly forbidden on all hardware:

Malicious Material: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual imagery, and violent extremism.
Network Attacks: Outbound DDoS attacks, IP spoofing, port scanning, and brute force cracking.
Fraud & Phishing: Deceptive banking portals, malware delivery networks, ransomware command servers.
Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk commercial email (UCE/SPAM) or hosting spam-advertised websites.

We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime for all core routing nodes, switches, and transit pipes across our Amsterdam and Sofia facilities.

In the event of verified network downtime falling below 99.9% in a given calendar month (excluding scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance), customers may request SLA account credits:

5 Billing & Cancellation

Invoices are generated 7 days prior to renewal. Customers can cancel recurring subscriptions anytime directly from the HostPanel client dashboard with immediate effect or at the end of the billing term.

6 Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

IgnoreHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss. Customers are advised to maintain offsite backups.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
